I would like to echo your comments. Sadly it is not just the area around the pond. The childrens playpark has a purpose built fence around it to prevent animals entering this safe little haven for the kids. Quite unbelievably some dog owners open the gate to let their pets run wild inside the facility and use it as a canine toilet. It beggars belief !!
