This may be a topic which has been raised before but is there any plans to put fencing all the way round the Delph Pond or will it stay partially round it like it has been for some time now.With it being part of the play park I feel it should be fenced all the way round.I have heard of some youngsters falling into the water before and also in winter when it freezes over it could be an acccident waiting to happen if a child goes on the ice.

Does anyone know if the council has any plans to fence it off?
